1-) Consultancy services on all matters requiring follow up at legal and governmental organizations.
2-) The topic to be consulted can be about an ongoing application process at courts or governmental organizations as well as individual issues.
3-) In case the issue to be consulted is currently being handled at a Court or public prosecutor’s office, the documents pertaining to the case must be provided or the nature of the case must be explained clearly and concretely.
4-) If the topic to be consulted is currently being handled by governmental organizations, then name of the organization as well as the issue to be followed up must be clearly explained.
5-) In case the topic to be consulted is related to a purchase of real estate such as house, land or agricultural field, title deed registration and information must be clearly stated.
6-) If the topic to be consulted is in relation to residence of a foreign national in Turkey, then legible photos or scanned copies of the person’s passport information, residency card or other documents and information related to his/her residence must be submitted.
7-) If the topic is in relation to how to acquire Turkish citizenship, the grounds on which the individual is requesting Turkish citizenship must be clearly stated. Otherwise, you may ask "How do I acquire Turkish citizenship?".
8-) If the topic is related to establishing a company in Turkey, information on the company to be founded must be clearly stated.
9-) If the topic is related to prohibition of entrance into Turkey, entire issue must be explained clearly and in detail.
10-) The topic can be on anything including trade, civil, criminal, legal, administrative, law of aliens, residence, acquisition of Turkish citizenship. Expert attorney team of our office offers reliable consulting services.
11-) The person seeking consultancy services must provide his/her name, surname, mail address, residence address and telephone number in the request form.
12-) The topic to be consulted will be evaluated by our law office, and in case it is considered as an issue that can be answered by our office, a response mail will be sent to the consulting person. This response mail will also specify the consultancy service fee.
13-) Consultancy fee must be paid in advance to the IBAN account to be provided or to western union account. The client must specify his/her name as well as legal consulting fee in the explanations section of the transaction receipt.
14-) You will be receiving our opinion in writing to your mail within 3 business days upon payment.
15-) The consulted topic shall not be disclosed to any third party pursuant to “obligation to maintain confidentiality” provision of Legal Profession Act.
